The best way to keep units running as efficiently as possible for many years is to have contracted "Planned Preventative Maintenance" (PPM) making them as energy efficient as possible.
It is advisable that busy offices, restaurants, Gyms, and schools have two or more visits a year, whilst residential systems may only require one visit annually.
PPM visits are the best way to prevent potential breakdowns and costly repairs.

When looking at Air Conditioning during the very hot summer weather we were recommended LDS by a friend. A survey and consultation highlighted a number of options we hadn’t considered. As we have a bungalow the option to have circular vents in the lounge ceiling provided an alternative to having a unit on show. We had an additional unit in the bedroom with the understanding that further unit/s could be added at a later date. The installation was professional, friendly and went very well.
